A Queensland-based NRL participant has reportedly been accused of rape.
9 Queensland first reported the allegation was made by a lady to police on Tuesday evening.
The Courier Mail additional reported the participant is “high-profile”. The SMH reported the NRL is conscious of the allegations.

“This investigation is underway right into a present NRL participant who’s contracted to a Queensland NRL membership. The allegation is of rape,” reporter Tim Arvier mentioned.
“I’m advised this allegation and criticism was made to police after police attended the participant’s residence final evening (Tuesday), with a lady making that criticism to police later within the night.
